LOS MONTEROS HOTEL & SPA
After nearly 40 years in the Los Monteros Hotel & Spa kitchen, chef Cristóbal Rueda has put together his memoirs and gastronomic secrets in an autobiography, “Mi Cocina”, published by Alvaeno Ediciones and edited by Maribel Romero. The book includes 30 recipes and contributions from other professionals in the culinary world. Proceeds from its sale will go towards cancer research.
