VALLEY HEIGHTS
The second development launch in Marbella by American private equity fund RCS Spain, the beautiful Valley Heights project was the ideal venue for a sumptuous garden party in September. Enjoying live acoustic music, Pimm’s and canapés, 350 real estate agents were introduced to the newly transformed apartments, which were salvaged from bankruptcy by the group when purchased in summer 2014. Guests were also invited to enter a prize raffle to win a delectable picnic hamper filled with goodies by Neli G’s Café Bar.
Ninety per cent of phase one of Valley Heights – located In a highly sought-after location – has already been sold, and all four phases (comprising of a total of 40 apartments) are due to be completed by January 2015. Fifty-three luxury beachfront apartments were also launched by RCS Spain at Cosmo Beach in November 2013. In total, RCS Spain has committed to investing €200 million for the “strategic development of Marbella property”.
