Architecture MasterPrize Global Showcase of Design Excellence and Creativity

A record number of submissions for the 2021 Architecture MasterPrize not only showcased stellar projects around the world but also served to provide inspiration for future architects.

According to the organisers, the jury panel (comprising renowned architects, academics and industry experts) was particularly impressed by the award-winning entries’ high level of innovation and creativity, and how they highlighted smart design in both form and function that will inspire the next generations of architects.

“We were blown away by the quality of AMP entries this year,” said head of communications David Tera. “The level of ingenuity showcased in the projects was both impressive and inspiring. This year’s winners have shown exceptional talent and have set a new benchmark for architectural design. The AMP jurors were pleased to see how many of the projects emphasised sustainability, offering solutions to our ever-changing world and environmental challenges, proving that innovative design goes beyond aesthetics.”

This was the sixth edition of the Architecture MasterPrize, which was established to promote the AMP’s mission to advance the appreciation of quality architectural design worldwide, and to celebrate creativity and innovation in the fields of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, product design and architectural photography.
