What is the main general philosophy behind Construspain’s operations?
Construspain is a construction and integral services company that aims to satisfy customers in accordance with their budget, to build the project of their dreams. We provide land search and purchase services, project implementation and construction with the support of our team of architects, engineers and office staff.
Tell us about the company’s key services…
Our team works with the latest materials and installation suppliers, providing customers with a range of quality choices according to their requirements and needs. We also provide advice during the interior and outdoor design project phase, and on the layout of the rest and relaxation areas, garden, swimming pool and leisure spaces, to ensure customers can enjoy their home with all its comfort, quality and safety.
What makes your company stand out in the market?
We work with advanced systems and cutting-edge machinery, together with a team of professionals who pay meticulous attention to the use and quality control of materials at all times. We are constantly conducting market research to offer our customers more advanced alternative systems, and innovative construction options.
And your plans for the short and longer term?
At present we are carrying out projects in Estepona, Marbella and Málaga, and we also have several projects in the planning stages, both investment and our own developments. We work hard every day, paying great detail to each aspect of all our projects to ensure a top-quality final result.
