Fil de Fer by Catellani & Smith

Catellani & Smith’s Fil de Fer is made up of woven aluminium wire which is lit on the inside by tiny bulbs. It was developed more than two decades ago for a special commission that was never used, so the designer, Enzo Catellani, continued to work on it as it was a creation very close to his heart.
