The design for Skagerak’s Aldus table

was inspired by the popular Aldus trestle table. A carefully crafted rectangular table with rounded edges that seats six to eight people, it is shown here with their Georg Jubilee Stool, which was designed to celebrate Skagerak’s 40th anniversary – and combines Nordic sensuality with Japanese minimalism. The stool, made from untreated oak, comes with a rare cushion made of aniline leather (from a Swedish tannery called Tärnsjö) which is attached with a braided leather strap.
