100 Sunreef Power Eco This catamaran combines superyacht comfort with cutting edge sustainable technology for long cruises that are in complete harmony with the ocean. A pioneering green craft, it is equipped with ultra-silent propulsion, exception al energy efficiency and eco-responsible finishing materials. Using Sunreef Yachts’ avant-garde green tech, the 100 Sunreef Power Eco features efficient composite-integrated solar panels built into the yacht’s hulls, superstructure and bimini roof, while a custom-engineered battery bank powers both the propulsion and all the amenities on board.
The luxury catamaran includes an impressive walkaround beach club that provides ample space for watersports and access to the yacht’s gym and dive locker. The aft garage is home to two large personal watercrafts as well as a wide choice of “water toys”. The vast flybridge incorporates spacious dining and lounging options plus a drinks bar, spa pool and oversized sunbeds. Viareggio Stella Maris Built by the Viareggio shipyard, the 72-metre (236-foot) Stella Maris is an innovative and environmentally friendly super yacht that delivers an abun dance of natural light thanks to its high decks and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.
The €75 million boat was presented by World Yacht Group at the MYBA Charter Show in Barcelona earlier this year, with a weekly charter price of €700,000 (plus expenses). Designed by Espen Øino, with naval architecture by Laurent Giles, the Stella Maris is packed with premium features including a fully certified commercial heli deck capable of carrying an EC135 helicopter (which can also be trans formed into an entertainment area with capacity for 100 people), a dedicat ed owner’s deck, and saloons with 2.7-metre interior headroom. The Michela Reverberi studios have created an interior design that provides a harmonious blend of elegance and comfort – taking optimum advantage of the panoramic full-length windows. The owner’s private deck is highlighted by a range of amenities including a lobby with an office and day room, two stylish Brazilian blue marble bath
rooms, a sleeping area with semi-circular floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private deck space with sunbathing area and sofas. The owner’s suite is a veritable private haven away from the yacht’s main ac tion, while the six other guest suites (on the main deck) comprise four doubles and two twins – all featuring personalised furnishings and fabrics. A sophisticated balancing and stabilising system ensures a comfortable lay out for guests, with minimal noise effect and vibrations on board. A large beach club is equipped with seabobs, jet skis, paddleboards, kayaks and diving gear, and the Stella Maris also offers a full-size gym with the latest exercise equipment, and a massage and health spa with a whirlpool jacuzzi, sauna and steam room hammam.
