The oven comes on wheels and is mounted on a trolley with a stainless-steel side handle. It can bake two kilograms of bread and reach a maximum temperature of 500 degrees Celsius. The stainless-steel dome facilitates the oven reaching such high temperatures, and using very little firewood in the process.
