FURTHER GROWTH IN OVERSEAS INVESTMENT ON THE COSTA DEL SOL
In recent years the coastal town of Estepona has received extensive re generation funding to improve the lives of residents and encourage tourism. Dubbed the “New Golden Mile”, the area has already welcomed a new pub lic hospital and various infrastructure upgrades, including the addition of up dated stretches to the coastal walkway, improved parking facilities and the creation of green areas, allowing Estepona to remain the perfect destination for second home buyers. Now, as Spain continues to welcome overseas investment, local construc tion giant Atlas Group has joined with another European developer to create new homes on the Costa del Sol. Dibo Kling has just employed the Atlas Group team to deliver 13 villas on the outskirts of Estepona – the Swedish contractor’s first project in Spain. They were seeking a reputable builder and project manager to partner with, and
Atlas Group was chosen to deliver the entire project and development, from the initial design phase through to completion of the luxury homes. “We are excited to have been selected by another international developer to deliver a multi-unit project,” said Mike Gregory, Director General of Atlas Group. “It is also promising to have continued interest in high-end property developments on the Costa del Sol, and the trust in our team to deliver these homes.” The 13 new homes are modern and contemporary in design and will be dis tributed over three floors, including a basement. Each property will feature an individual garden design created by Atlas Garden and Atlas Pool, as well as personal swimming pools and off-road parking. The latest environmen tally friendly technology and domotics systems will also be integrated into the builds.
