Illusion has opened its new Experience Center in Sotogrande, reinforcing the company’s long-standing presence in the area and creating a space where homeowners, architects, interior designers and developers can explore how technology enhances the living experience. Located in Plaza Blanca, the showroom demonstrates how lighting, sound, control systems and smart home technologies can be seamlessly integrated into residential architecture. Rather than functioning as a traditional showroom, the space has been designed as a realistic living environment where visitors can experience different lighting scenes, acoustic solutions and automation systems in real time. The goal is to help clients better understand how these elements influence comfort, atmosphere and daily life before making decisions for their own projects. The design reflects the Mediterranean character of Sotogrande, combining natural materials such as oak, clay and handcrafted ceramics with advanced technology that remains discreetly in the background. This approach aligns with a growing demand for homes that prioritise wellbeing, comfort and personalisation. By creating a space that focuses on experience rather than products, Illusion aims to provide a practical and inspiring environment where technology, architecture and interior design work together to improve how people live and interact with their homes. propietarios, arquitectos, interioristas y promotores pueden descubrir cómo la tecnología mejora la experiencia de vivir una vivienda. Situado en Plaza Blanca, el nuevo espacio muestra cómo la iluminación, el sonido, los sistemas de control y la automatización pueden integrarse de forma natural en la arquitectura residencial. Lejos del concepto tradicional de exposición, el espacio ha sido concebido como un entorno vivo y flexible donde los visitantes pueden experimentar diferentes escenas de iluminación, soluciones acústicas y sistemas inteligentes en tiempo real. El objetivo es ayudar a comprender cómo estos elementos influyen en el confort, la atmósfera y la vida cotidiana antes de incorporarlos a un proyecto. Su diseño, inspirado en el estilo de vida mediterráneo, combina materiales naturales como madera de roble, arcilla y cerámica artesanal con tecnología avanzada que permanece discretamente integrada. Esta visión responde a una creciente demanda de viviendas centradas en el bienestar, la comodidad y la personalización.
