This way clients are certain they will never pre-pay for unexecuted works, with the guarantee that payments are only extended for what is sound and built to the expected quality.
In addition to this risk-minimising procedure, guarantees on the final project offered by IDDOMUS go far and beyond the decennial guarantee established by Spanish law, which relates to structural aspects only. IDDOMUS includes three years of overall guarantee for the premises and installations, as well as three years of technical maintenance.
