Multi-cultural Tour with Costa del Sol DFAS
The Costa del Sol Decorative & Fine Arts Society has presented its 2015-2016 programme of art lectures, given in English by accredited speakers from the UK. “This year,” says the society, “we embark on a cultural journey of a lifetime, crossing seas and deserts, visiting diverse landscapes of Polynesia, Russia, Armenia, Iran and Afghanistan exploring their art and culture.”
Founded in 1988 (the first DFAS in Spain), the society’s aim is to “promote the enjoyment and knowledge of the arts internationally and interest in the cultural heritage here in Spain”.
The lectures run from October to May at two venues: the Salon Varités Theatre in Fuengirola and The Danish Club on the Fuengirola-Mijas road.
