Boho Club in Marbella has expanded its culinary options to include a brunch that customers can enjoy in a relaxed ambience on weekends. The Mimosa & Brunch includes a bowl of fruit, yogurt with granola, a selection of artisanal breads, pastries, cheese boards and sausages, accompanied by the Mimosa Cocktail (cava and orange juice). Run by Málaga chef Diego del Río – celebrated for his creative marriage of Andalucian and international cuisine, and a commitment to fresh “Kilometre 0” local ingredients – the Boho Club restaurant kitchen is open in the morning for breakfast (on a spacious terrace) and continues through to brunch and a threecourse lunch menu, as well as special weekly dishes and vegan alternatives. When the coronavirus restrictions are eased, the restaurant plans to return to normal hours, offering its tasting menu and customary dinner menu. In the meantime, the elegant Boho Bar remains open, with mixologists preparing both classic and innovative new cocktails, accompanied by a resident DJ playing chilled-out “boho-chic” music. Open to the public, Boho Club is a luxury boutique resort on the Golden Mile between Marbella city and Puerto Banús.
