An inflatable art exhibition that has been on show in Milan is scheduled to move to Madrid in March. Presented by Balloon Museum, the display com prises the installations of 18 international artists and collectives. In addition to Milan, it has been on show in Paris and Rome, and future ex hibitions are planned for Vienna, Berlin, Barcelona and London, as well as major cities in the US. Balloon Museum is described on its website (www.balloonmuseum.world) as “a format created by a curatorial team that designs and realises contempo rary art exhibitions with specific works in which ‘air’ is a distinctive element”.

The “Pop Air” exhibition that has just concluded in Milan, was “character ised by a dynamic and playful layout in a space of more than six thousand square metres, designed to create an emotional dialogue with the public”. More than 350,000 visitors were reported to have viewed the two-month exhibition. The Madrid display will be on show at the Casa de Campo park, while the London edition in December is scheduled for Old Billingsgate, a historic Vic torian complex located in the heart of the city on the banks of the Thames. www.balloonmuseum.world
