Celebrating its 10th anniversary, and renowned for an immersive dining experi ence, Coya is set to open its 10th international restaurant, Coya Marbella Res taurant and Pisco Bar, in the heart of Puente Romano Beach Resort. According to Coya COO Yannis Stanisiere, “This opening is even more special for us, being the first Coya to ever open in Spain, and the fourth in Europe. The restaurant will include a raised dining area and Pisco Bar, featuring spec tacular interiors by design studio First Within, recognised for including layers of artisanship and vibrant textures in each Coya restaurant. As well as a retractable roof, diners can also expect intricate interior Incan-inspired details, a signature Coya wine cellar and a Coya boutique. The restaurant’s cuisine will feature an array of dishes that are light and healthy, including seafood ceviche, raw fish “tiraditos”, heartier “anticuchos” (marinat ed skewers fired on a charcoal grill) and signature plates such as “Bife Angosto Wagyu”. “We are very excited to welcome Coya to our Mediterranean resort,” said Puente Romano Beach Resort general manager Gonzalo Rodriguez. “Marbella further strengthens our international reputation as a vibrant culinary landmark in Spain, with a world-class gastronomic offering of destination restaurants including Nobu, Leña, BiBo, and Cipriani.” Coya Marbella will be open for both lunch and dinner.
