This autumn Otero unveiled their latest project, Don Amaro, in a stunning setting near La Duquesa marina. Presiding over the official presentation on the plot where the residential complex will be built were Manilva mayor Mario Jiménez, the head of the town hall’s urban department, Aitor Menoyo, and Otero managing director Rubén Otero. Guest attending the event savoured canapés from Chili Gourmet and cava as they enjoyed views over the Mediterranean and Gibraltar.
The licence has been granted for the Don Amaro project, which will comprise 42 luxury and eco-friendly villas with sea views, starting from €495,000. All will be constructed using latest techniques and feature finishes to the highest standards.
