One of the highlights of an exciting 2015 for the Costa del Sol-based Belgian construction and development company was a visit earlier this year by the photographic team from the Parisian head office of renowned international home decoration retailer Habitat.
They were in Marbella to photograph the spring/summer collection for their new catalogue, and the shoot location was chosen carefully to suit the brand's innovative image. In the end, they opted for a luxury villa built by IDDOMUS and situated in Elviria.
Habitat would have been impressed and reassured by IDDOMUS’s commitment to developing high-end homes that incorporate the highest quality and guarantees. In fact, these go far and beyond the decennial guarantee established by Spanish law, which relate to structural aspects only. This allows clients to follow the process closely, without facing the daunting task of undertaking a building project in a foreign country.
Every IDDOMUS house is signed and issued with its own unique serial number, registered in the firm’s database with all the specifications pertaining to the project, for access and reference by the current or future owners – thus providing added value to the property as well as long-term peace of mind.
IDDOMUS's financial structure is also set up to protect the client. SOCOTEC, one of the world's leading independent building quality surveyors, officially certifies each building phase before the client is presented with the invoice for the completed stage. Clients never pre-pay for unexecuted works: payments are only extended for what is sound and built to the expected quality.
